Aaron Green Aaron Green, CSP
Chairman
Green is the founder of Professional Staffing Group. One of Massachusetts' largest staffing firms, Professional Staffing Group provides clients with office support, creative, technical, and financial staff. He is past president of the Massachusetts Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and is currently its legislative representative.
Robert Livonius Robert Livonius
First Vice Chairman
Livonius is president of AMN Strategic Workforce Solutions, one of the nation's largest health care staffing and work force solutions companies. He was chief executive officer of Medfinders prior to its acquisition by AMN in 2010. Livonius has 20 years of staffing industry experience, including serving as chief operating officer of Spherion and made more than 40 acquisitions. He began his career with IBM Corp. and later worked for Verizon as vice president of sales and operations. He is also chairman of the ASA health care section policy council, and serves on the member education and certification committee.
Dan Campbell Dan Campbell, CSP
Second Vice Chairman
Campbell is CEO of Hire Dynamics. Headquartered in Atlanta, Hire Dynamics provides commercial staffing services and places talent in 20 states across the country, primarily through its on-site network and offices in Georgia and northern Nevada. Before joining Hire Dynamics, Campbell was CEO of a Los Angeles-based staffing company. Previously, he was director of business planning for AHL Services and an investment banker for Price Waterhouse.
Tom Daley Tom Daley
Treasurer
As president of Volt Workforce Solutions, Daley is responsible for Volt's global talent acquisition operations through a network of locations in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. During three decades at Volt, Daley has been instrumental in driving the company's growth to make it one of the world's largest staffing companies. In 2001, he was named an executive officer of Volt. Daley has served on the ASA board since 2002.
John Elwood John A. Elwood
Secretary
Elwood is president of Elwood Staffing Services Inc. Headquartered in Columbus, IN, Elwood Staffing Services operates 55 branch offices in 11 states and employs more than 30,000 temporary employees each year. Elwood previously served as executive vice president for the company. Before joining Elwood Staffing in 1996, he was employed by Burlington Industries. He was appointed to the ASA board of directors in 2008.
Threase Baker Threase Baker, CSP, TSC
Baker is president and an owner of Abbtech Professional Resources Inc. Based in Washington, DC, the company supports both the government and private sectors by providing information technology, engineering, and office–clerical staffing services, as well as personal identity verification. Baker has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience. She is president of the Capital Area Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and co-chairman of the ASA education and certification committee.
David Bartholomew David Bartholomew
Bartholomew is CEO of Health Care Corp. of America International, a nurse recruiting and health care management firm. Previously, he led Staffmark, a company he co-founded. Bartholomew also is involved with HCTec, a health care information technology staffing company, and Health Connections, a clinical outsourcing company in the Philippines. Bartholomew served as ASA chairman in 2006.
Jeffrey S. Burnett Jeffrey S. Burnett, CSP
Burnett is president and CEO of Labor Finders International Inc. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. With more than 26 years of staffing industry experience, he has held positions ranging from field operations to executive management. An ASA past chairman, he has also chaired of the association's industrial section policy council and several committees. Burnett was president of the ASA-affiliated chapter Florida Staffing Association and StaffPac Inc., Florida's staffing industry political action committee.
Linda Carchidi Linda Carchidi, CSP
Carchidi is CEO and co-founder of JFC Staffing Cos., based in Camp Hill, PA. She was named as one of the Best 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania in 2001, and her company has been recognized as one of the best places to work. An ASA past chairman, Carchidi has chaired the ASA membership and member services committees. She also is a founder of the ASA Care Awards program and a past chairman of the association's corporate social responsibility committee. She will serve as co-chair for the CSR committee in 2012.
Susan Cepicka-Dietrich Susan Cepicka-Dietrich, SPHR
Cepicka-Dietrich is a principal owner of TOPS Staffing LLC, AllTek Staffing & Resource Group Inc., e-Staff Consulting Group, AccountStaff Inc., Sterling Office Professionals, and TVS Inc. She began the western chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and served as its president for three years. Cepicka-Dietrich also has served on the ASA chapter leadership council and the chapter past presidents committee.
Claudette Cunitz Claudette Cunitz, TSC, CSP
Cunitz is an owner and executive officer of G-TECH Services Inc., based in Dearborn, MI, which has been recognized as one of metro-Detroit's 101 best and brightest companies. Long involved in the former National Technical Services Association, Cunitz served on the board, was chaired the public relations task force, and was president of the Michigan chapter. She also has served as co-chairman of the ASA membership committee and as chairman of the ASA technical, IT, and scientific section policy council.
Ben Elliott W. Benjamin Elliott
Elliott is managing director of finance and administration for Randstad General Partners (U.S.) LLC. Prior to that, Elliott served as chief financial officer of OneSource Inc. He has also served as senior vice president and CFO of Allied Automotive Group, as executive vice president for RealEstate.com, and as senior vice president and CFO of National Linen Service. Elliott began his career as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., becoming a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois in 1980.
James Essey James A. Essey, CSP
Essey is president and CEO of the TemPositions Group of Cos., which operates in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California. He served five terms as president of the ASA-affiliated New York chapter. Essey also served as ASA chairman in 2004 and has chaired the chapter relations, member education and certification, political action, and industry practices committees. He currently chairs the legal and legislative committee.
Diana Karabelas Diana R. Karabelas, Esq.
Karabelas is deputy general counsel for Adecco Group North America, which is part of one of the world's largest providers of recruitment and work force solutions. She first joined Adecco 17 years ago and has held various positions in its legal department. Promoted to deputy general counsel in 2007, Karabelas is primarily responsible for assisting in the management of the legal department and setting and implementing strategic legal initiatives to support the operations of the company.
Joe Mackey Joe Mackey, CAC, CSP
Mackey is founder, president, and CEO of XL Staffing Service Inc. and XL (Excell) Security Inc., based in Southern California. He is past president of the ASA-affiliated California Staffing Professionals, and he serves on the board of directors of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards, and Associates. Before founding his companies, Mackey provided event and security staffing at Texas Stadium and worked in hospitality, tourism, and special event staffing in Las Vegas.
James McIntire James McIntire
McIntire is vice president of public affairs for Kelly Services Inc. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key public officials, and for advocating before legislative and regulatory bodies at the local, state, federal, and international levels. McIntire also manages the company's charitable contributions program. Previously, he was vice president of state affairs for the American Chemistry Council.
James R. Novick James R. Novick, TSC
Novick is a member of the board of directors of Allegis Group Inc. He is responsible for executive-level interface, business development, and evaluation of strategic acquisition opportunities. Novick began his career with Allegis Group in 1986 in Baltimore. Previously, he directed Aerotek's entry into the fast-growing IT market, resulting in the creation of TEKsystems, which he led from 1994 to 2000. Novick has been in the industry for more than 20 years.
Dane Reese Dane Reese, CSP
Reese has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He is president of and runs day-to-day operations for Stark, a talent firm providing recruitment process outsourcing, executive search, temporary staffing, and contract IT staffing. Reese is a past president of the Texas Association of Staffing, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and is past chairman of the ASA chapter relations committee. He currently chairs the association's policy council for the technical, IT, and scientific section.
Patricia Rohe Pat Rohe, CSP
Rohe is a partner at Custom Staffing, based in New York. The company was listed for three years by Working Woman magazine as one of America's top 500 woman-owned businesses. Rohe is past president of the Metro chapter of the New York Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and chaired the NYSA legislative committee. She was ASA chairman in 2007, and has chaired several ASA committees, including the political action, membership, chapter relations, and convention committees.
William H. Stoller William H. Stoller, CPC, CSP
Stoller is co-founder and vice chairman of the board of Express Services Inc., the parent company of Express Employment Professionals. He serves on the executive committee, which oversees planning and direction for the international company, with more than 600 franchised offices in four countries. Stoller also serves as CEO and president of the Stoller Group, which owns 27 Express franchise offices in Oregon, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada. He was ASA chairman in 2009.
Dan Struve Dan Struve, CSP
Struve is founder, chairman, and CEO of Helpmates Staffing Services, based in Irvine, CA. He served as president of California Staffing Professionals, an ASA-affiliated chapter, for two years. A founding member of the Orange County chapter of California Staffing Professionals, he served on the chapter board for several years. Struve was elected ASA chairman in 1991, chaired the convention committee twice, and has chaired the member education and certification committee. He currently is chairman of the workers' compensation committee.
Mark Toth Mark Toth, CSP
Toth is chief legal officer for ManpowerGroup's North American operations. He also serves on its global leadership team and North American lead team. Toth is a frequent speaker on workplace legal topics and writes an award-winning employment law blog.
Michael Weinholtz Michael Weinholtz
Weinholtz is CEO of CHG Healthcare Services Inc. and has more than 25 years of experience with health care staffing companies. Prior to joining CHG, he co-founded Therapists Unlimited Inc. Weinholtz took the company public as CareerStaff Unlimited in 1994. Since joining CHG Healthcare, Michael has transformed the company from a provider of temporary physicians to a health care staffing leader placing permanent and temporary health care professionals of all types.
William C. Yoh William C. Yoh, TSC, CSP
Immediate Past Chairman
Yoh is chairman of Yoh, based in Philadelphia. The company provides work force solutions, including temporary help, direct hire, and managed staffing services for the IT, engineering, scientific, and health care communities. He also serves as chief customer officer for Day & Zimmermann, Yoh's parent company. Yoh served as chairman of the ASA board of directors in 2011 and is currently a member of the ASA technical, IT, and scientific section policy council.
