FAQ: I have a temporary employee who recently was hired, for a regular position, by a customer. He had worked for some time at the customer's site as an assigned temporary worker. Does the time the employee spent at the customer's facility as a temporary worker before he was hired directly by the customer count toward the tests that determine eligibility under the Family and Medical Leave Act (i.e., the 1,250 hours worked and 12 months of service tests)?
